How to Order

Ordering your rug pad on rugpadcorner.com is simple and easy. Follow the instructions below for your next rug pad order.

1. Select the rug pad most suitable for your needs.

2. Choose the correct size. The rug pad size chosen must the same as your rug size or, if you have an in-between size, the next largest that is closest to your rug size.

3. You may choose to receive the full size as listed on the item, to have it cut slightly smaller than the size you are ordering, or to enter your rug size and have us custom cut to size. Choose one of the options. NOTE: Our system will not allow an order for a rug pad that is less than three inches smaller than your rug. Example: If you order a 9’x12’ rug pad, the largest rug size you may enter is 9’3”x12’3”. Any rug size larger than this will require a larger rug pad.

4. If you are finished with the product details, add item to cart and either keep shopping or proceed to checkout.

Checkout

Follow the prompts by filling in the required information. You may leave us any special notes in the note box during checkout. Please note that you may pay by VISA, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover and PayPal.
Once you submit your order, an order confirmation email will be sent to you and your order will begin to get processed. We normally process and ship within two business days. At time of shipping, you will receive another email with the tracking information.

Government and Educational Institutions: We accept your Purchase Orders and they can be submitted at any time to . Please include the item(s), shipping and billing information and email address. Once we approve the Purchase order, we will email you a confirmation and invoice and process and ship the order.

Order Confirmation

We send order confirmation following each order and unlike other stores, we manually send the confirmations to allow us to review each order for discrepancies. Since most orders contain rug sizes, there are times in which a customer orders and pays for more pad than necessary – We review each order and for such discrepancies, we revise the order and issue the respective refund for any difference paid. Based on this, order confirmations are sent from 30 minutes to 24 hours after each order is placed.
