I had to call customer service with questions and they were very friendly and helpful. It was during the Christmas season, but shipping was timely – I received it within a week! The rug pad was custom cut and it was perfect. The product really seems like good quality, and we are very pleased overall!

Exactly what I expected to get. Ordered a 6×9 rectangle. Arrived folded once down the middle and then rolled. Fold didn’t make any bumps in the rug like some reviews (other vendors) have stated. Took longer to clear the crap off the rug than to get it underneath.
