Excellent pad for room size rugs that don't slide!
Our Premium Jute area rug pad is a dense 40 ounce 100% pure synthetic fiber pad meant to be used on all hard surfaces. Needle punched jute is densely compressed into a 7/16 of an inch thick pad to create a pad dense enough to protect your rug, yet soft enough to add an extra comfort under foot. The top side provides a stiff foundation to protect area rugs and the bottom is extra soft to protect all floors. This pad is environmentally friendly with 100% recycled content and is CRI Green Label for air quality assurance. This pad does not prevent sliding. Use our Super Hold or Ultra pads instead.

What do I know about rug pads?? I called Sam and he explained to me that this pad will add a great foundation to protect my rug as well as add comfort. Since it is such a large rug I didn't need anything non slip. The pad arrived and I still can't believe how much pad I got for the money! It looks like such a good quality that I can almost use it instead of my rug! Seriously, great product and excellent service. Thank you!

Great for kids

We were told this pad is best for under room size rugs that don't have a sliding issue. Well, it is great! Our rug is too big to move yet I read that a pad can prolong the life of any rug and it also feels great for the kids to sit on. No smell like some other pads. Thanks for the free shipping...it got here three days after my order.

We inherited an oriental rug and needed a 10x14 rug pad. Local rug stores seemed to want over $150 for this pad and then I found it here. It is just as described. The rug feels much better too! Loved the free, quick shipping. Thanks for everything.
