5 out of 5: "Okay, not only did you guys give me the best rug pad I have ever seen, but you made up for my silly mistake! I ordered the wrong type of pad and when I received it, I was sick until I called you. Sam understood my issue and told me that having the wrong pad does no good to anyone. I explained that it was my fault and while we were on the phone he emailed me a prepaid FedEx return label and processed a new order for the right pad. Three days later, my new pad arrived and works excellent! That's what I call service in a time when it is such a rare thing to find! Thank you so much for the help!!"

5 out of 5: “ I would rate higher if it were possible! I ordered the wrong size (a 12’x18’ when I needed a 10’x14’) and since there is a 30 day return policy, I wanted to return for the correct size. FedEx was going to charge a fortune so I called and Luis made an exception and sent me a prepaid return shipping label by email so that I can pay their discounted rates. I saved a bundle on return charges and these guys made my mistake seem painless. Sent me the correct size before they even received my return!!”

And, he even asked me if I could use the wrong one somewhere else for no extra charge. So, I gave it to my son. Well the company I purchased from sent the rug and I couldn't believe the free "pad". It was paper thin and was sticking to itself in a folded manner. Since the rug cost me well over $1000, I wanted the proper rug pad. Your representative understood my concern, answered all of my questions and pointed me to the right pad. He even asked me to measure my rug exactly so that you folks can cut the pad to exact size..and he waited on the phone for me to do this! I was impressed and even more impressed when I received an email after your pad arrived asking me if everything was to my satisfaction! I want to commend your company for the excellent service and attention to my order as well as for offering what I expect in a quality rug pad."

I found three different levels of pads on your site, read about each one and within 15 minutes I determined the best for my rug.
