Return Policy
30 Day Returns, Never a restocking fee:
Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for a complete refund within 30 days of receipt (custom rug pads do not apply). There is never any restocking or return fee!
Simply email us at to request your return. We will then email your return instructions within 24 hours to include the RA (return authorization) number, as well as any other return information you may need. Next, be sure to securely wrap your return and use the shipper of your choice.
Once we receive your item, we will refund your original form of payment within 24-48 hours and you will be emailed a confirmation of this refund. We simply ask that any returns be in original condition, neither damaged nor altered.
NOTE: There are no returns on custom cut rug pads. A custom cut rug pad is one in which we cut it based on the special rug size you state in your order, any size other than the sizes listed on our site.
NOTE: While it rarely occurs, a mistake can happen. If you receive the wrong item or one cut in error, we will retrieve and replace item at our expense. Please do not attempt to cut item, as this will void our replacement policy.
Cancellations:
If you need to cancel an order for any reason, you may do so until the time we ship. Please note that since we try to ship all orders promptly, your cancellation advice needs to arrive us shortly after you place your order. You may email to request your cancellation. Assuming your order has not shipped, we will cancel your order and you will not be responsible for any charges.
