An area rug pad that performs as well on wall-to-wall carpet as well as it does on hard surfaces. Ultra Premium is literally the ultimate in pad products. The surface is a dense needle punched recycled jute that is textured to provide extra grip and prevent fuzzing and fraying. The bottom is a sewn on layer of natural rubber. Place the 100% rubber side down on hard floors and you have more gripping power than any other pad. Turn it over and you have a pad that keeps rugs in place over wall - to - wall carpeting. Ultra Premium is made with 28 ounces of fiber and 20 ounces of washable rubber per square yard.

Talked with the owner, as I was unsure about ordering a pad. He gave me great information, especially about the way they custom cut the pads to fit so that the edges lay as flat as possible to avoid a tripping hazard. I mentioned that consumers on other websites complained that their pads arrived with fold creases that did not go away when installed. I was assured that that this company cuts to order and does not use pre-folded, pre-packaged pads that sit around in a warehouse. I ordered the 5x8 Ultra Premium pad for hard floor surfaces and carpet. The pad arrvived in 2 days in excellent shape and is doing the job I hoped it would do. I am very satisfied.

The pad arrived within two days. It looks like substantial quality and came trimmed to my rug size. No sliding and very nice protection. Highly recommend.

Great for foyer rug

Our foyer rug is on a marble floor so we needed a pad that both protects the rug and stops the sliding. This pad arrived perfectly trimmed and looks and feels like quality! I was told the natural rubber back does not harm the floor like the less expensive latex backs and it truly stops the sliding. Walking into the front door now feels better on this rug. Thanks for all your help!
