No Extra Charge, No Delays for Custom Size Rug Pads

 

Every area rug is different and we don't think you should have to worry about trimming your rug pad. That's our job. We absolutely refuse to save space and money by buying rug pads that are precut and prepackaged. Such pads contain stubborn fold marks that may take a long time to disappear. For this reason, we only stock the actual rolls of pad and are happy to custom fit to your rug size.

Please note: Due to variations in their shape, the only shape we do not cut is oval. You may order a rectangular rug pad and trim it once you receive it.

It's easy to order just the right sized rug pad - Just follow these simple steps:

• Choose the next largest rug pad size closest to the size of your rug

• Before adding to cart, you will notice a box to type in your rug size

• Type in the special rug size and add to cart

• In the shopping cart, you will see your rug size note

• Continue checking out
• We will trim the pad a little less than the rug size you entered

 

If you have very detailed custom size instructions:

• On the last page of checkout there is a customer notes box. You may give us any instructions you want us to know about here and we will cut accordingly.

 

Once we see your special rug size in your order, we will cut your rug pad to that size. Please note that since all rug pads should be a little shorter than your rug, we will cut accordingly. For example: if you note your rug size to be 7'8"x9'8" we will cut the pad to be 7'6"x9'6". This allows the edges of your rug to lay flat on the floor and prevents any raised trip hazard.
