I was very impressed with the integrity of this company. When I emailed them to say I needed a larger size pad, they emailed me back quickly and said they would cut the pad to my dimensions. The cats loved to send that rug flying. Not anymore, this rug pad is great and keeps my rug in place even when the cats get restless. The old rug pad used to roll up under my hall runner. I bought 3 rug pads, 2 were custom fits. While they were all miraculous the custom runner change my life. 6 year ago I bought a beautiful and very expensive runner 2x by 16x feet. It buckled, never lay flat, drove us NUTS. We tripped on it, lay books on it, flipped it upside down and stomped on it.. I'd resigned myself to being mad every time I looked at it. The MINUTE I lay that runner on top of the pad it lay perfectly flat and did not MOVE. I was ecstatic. DO not hesitate. Buy your rug pads here. My only regret is that I've been frustrated for 6 YEARS with other rug pads. I had to tape them together, they moved and gaped, we tripped and fell. Seriously, this rug pad is a miracle.

I needed a rug pad for a runner rug on a wood floor. The Ultra Premium is perfect! It was cut down to the correct size which was easily put in when ordering online. It arrived quickly and was the correct size. It does not slip at all on a wood floor, and it adds a very nice cushion. I am completely satisfied with the product and the service.

I bought those bumpy latex type rug "pads" from the home improvement stores and found them to be useless. So I shopped here and bought one 2x8 runner and a few months later came back to buy another one. They are great and I have three terriers running around the house. My rugs no longer move, but stay in place. I'll be ordering more until the house is full of them! Thanks for the great product and service.

This pad is easy to handle and it works. My runner hasn't budged since I put down the new pad. It makes a good rug feel extraordinary under foot.. Price is very reasonable for this high quality. Better than anything I've seen in local stores.
