5 out of 5: Not only is the rug pad I ordered cut to size and of excellent quality!!!!!!! but this company's philosophy of contributing a portion of the cost of the pad to a charity, in addition to their environmental concerns in using recycled materials, make it a company that I am happy to support and recommend. The pad arrived rolled without any creases, was extremely easy to place, and I couldn't be happier. To know that I can, in a small way, also be instrumental in helping the environment and others, makes this a purchase that is not only useful to me but makes me feel that buying it accomplishes more than just giving me a rug pad that I need!

5 out of 5: I have never opened a product and within minutes went to my computer to give a review. This rug pad beats them all. Years ago I bought 2 VERY expensive rug pads (one for an area rug and one for a runner) I was told by a friend that they were the best. I wish I had known about Rug Pad Corner. The ones I bought years ago are not the best and I have to adjust the runner everyday. Eventually I will replace them with new ones from Rug Pad Corner. The one I just opened and put under my runner is amazing and feels "glued down" Even my kids and dogs can't move it! I also just had my hardwood floors refinished and was looking for a pad that would not damage or stick to the floor. Don't look anywhere else and don't be fooled by the cheaper ones...they don't work. This rug pad is priced just right and protects the rug and the floor which is the most important part. GREAT PRODUCT!

5 out of 5: This is the third rug pad for carpet that I have purchased from Rug Pad Corner. These are the best rug pads for carpets that I have ever tried. Not only is Rug Pad Corner products excellent but so is their service. The shipping is prompt. The rug pad arrives neatly rolled up and bound. It's easy to unwrap and roll out. The rug and pad both stay put when placed on carpet. I will use Rug Pad Corner to fill all of my rug pad needs. I will never go to a brick and mortar store for rug pads again.

5 out of 5: I ordered several Ultra Premium rug pads for my Persian carpets about a year ago, and they're the best I've ever had. I'm so thankful. Both our rugs and newly refinished hardwood floors are wonderfully protected. I just bought another pad for a new Persian, and it was cut slightly shorter than I needed. I don't know if the fault was mine or theirs, but no matter. I received slips for packing and reshipping the same day and the new rug pad in two days (I was offered overnight shipping but was in no hurry). Luis couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. It's always a joy to have a perfectly smooth retail experience, but the character of a company is shown best by how well they deal with problems, whether self-made or customer-based. I am so impressed with the integrity and service of Rug Pad Corner! Many thanks.

5 out of 5: These people are fantastic! they have "green" products, which is why we chose them in the first place...(as we did not want 'outgassing' toxic materials in the house) and the free shipping really helped as we ordered 6 pads at once...the largest was 8ft. x 11ft. !!! they cut everything exact to 'our' specifications, and each fit perfectly! wow! we're very happy, and will do the rest of the carpets next month!!! by the way, we have Spanish tile thru-out the house and it's very important to have the "old" rugs supported above the grout-lines, as the vacumn-cleaner will wear them down....(I'd give them 10 stars, but can only give them 5!!!!)...

5 out of 5: Good morning. I have never dealt with such a more professional, friendly, great product company! I struggled for 2- months with a beautiful 5x8 Belgium Silk rug laid on top of wall to wall Berber. It was like the rug had a life of it's own the way it would "bunch up"... even with no one walking on it! Also have a very heavy rocking chair on it. I was literally OCD'ing straightening out the rug every five minutes! I came across your website "by accident" and truthfully was a bit skeptical about your claims.... I called on the phone to place my order, and am upset with myself for not writing down my customer service person's name. Maybe you can look it up using my order number 41720, and give that woman a raise! She waited patiently while I took a true measurement of the rug, as I had given her the dimensions from the tag. She was super nice and very helpful. Sure enough the dimensions were "off" and she figured out the exact custom size that would work best. I received my No-Muv pad in five business days, Kudo's here for your manufacturing and shipping staff also! It fit under the rug perfectly, and it no longer "bunches"... even with the furniture on top. I can't say enough good things about your product, and company/customer service. The woman I dealt with was in Connecticut but I didn't realize at the time your company is located there.. I am from Connecticut so we chatted a bit about that. My only complaint is that you should be "out there" more in your advertising! I only found your company after googling about the bunching problem, and read an article in some magazine written by a decorator...not affiliated with you. Let me know if you need a "sales person", lol... Your product should be right next to every rug sold, and carpet sales people should be recommending it with every purchase! Thank you

5 out of 5: Why can't every online retailer be like you guys?!! I had several questions and then made a few ordering mistakes and you guys made me feel like a king! Honestly, Sam and the RPC team could not have been more accomodating and I give more than 5 stars to your service of being one of the most understanding and cooperative companies I have ever dealt with. Now on to the actual rug pads - I have been using various rug pads under my Persian rugs for several years and let me say that your quality is a perfect compliment to your customer sevice...EXCELLENT!! 5 out of 5: This is my 2nd order with Rug Pad Corner. I like the fact that there are many options and your rug pad will be cut to the custom size you specify. This pad was received well-packaged (rolled in thick clear plastic), in a timely manner, and properly cut (slightly less than the measured rug size to ensure no edges peak out). (Be sure to measure before ordering, because if you've worked with rugs much, you know the actual size is often different than what's advertised.) It's nice to be able to purchase something and put it into service without fuss or correction of someone else's carelessness. I would never look any where else for a rug pad at this point.

5 out of 5: After researching several other vendors, I decided on Rug Pad Corner for a few reasons. The products do not have chemicals, plastics or adhesives and are made with natural fibers. The product I chose is exactly as described on the website, with no hyperbole. It is good quality and well worth the price. I was able to order a custom sized pad. The online order process was seamless, and three days later I received the order which was well packed and included instructions. Also impressed that Rug Pad Corner is supporting the Red Cross, American Cancer Society and St Judes through donations from sales and that they let me choose a favorite charity. Nice when a successful business gives back and helps the less fortunate. VERY HAPPY, and recommending to friends!

We originally purchased a custom-cut Ultra-Premium felt and Rubber pad which is under a mid-sized oriental rug in our family room. We were so impressed we came back to the site and purchased 5 more pads! Here's what we purchased and our impressions: 2x Super Hold non-slip runner: Works SO much better than any pad we have previously tried. 2x Recycled 40 ounce thick jute felt rug pad (8x10 & 10x14): These are SO amazingly cushy and comfortable our two-year old son wants to sleep on the floor now. 1x Ultra Premium Felt and Rubber Pad 7x10 (in addition to the one mentioned above). This pad is in an office under a 400+ knot/inch wool/silk Persian and simply makes it even more elegant. Plus, the rug does not move at all with all the traffic and shifting it encounters. We would never buy any other rug pad! We have another more traditional pad under a rug in our bedroom that we purchased when we had it cleaned. That pad is pedestrian by comparison to the pads from rugpadcorner.com even though it was about the same price. If you are considering purchasing a rug pad, you can't go wrong buying from this company. Not only are the products fantastic, but when I made our purchases I called and spoke to people at the company. They were extraordinarily patient with all my questions and very knowledgeable and helpful. I consider myself fortunate to have found this site."

Based on his recommendations, I ordered five rug pads. Two days later, they arrived in the most professionally packaged way and were cut exact to the size of each rug! 5 out of 5: "If all online merchants were like Rug Pad Corner, I would shop with my eyes closed! I had a few questions so I called and Sam was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! After 10 minutes with him, I knew what rug pads I needed. I placed my custom size in each product and ordered online. Not more than 1 hour later, Sam called me to say that one of the rug pads for the smallest rug by my door was the Superior, the one that does not prevent slipping. Well, my mistake because the rug is so small that it does slip and I needed a non slip pad. With me on the phone, he corrected my mistake and sent me a new order confirmation. The rug pads were shipped the next morning, cut to the exact sizes I specified. The quality is excellent, customer service second to none and premium shipping at no extra charge! I called to place my order for four rug pads and I stipulated that I wanted rush delivery. Sam then asked me where I lived and when I told him, he explained that it was only two days by regular FedEx ground. So, he promised me that they would cut and ship my order that same day so I can receive them without paying for express shipping! I actually got them one day early and everything was cut perfectly and works great. 5 out of 5: “ I would rate higher if it were possible! I ordered the wrong size (a 12’x18’ when I needed a 10’x14’) and since there is a 30 day return policy, I wanted to return for the correct size. FedEx was going to charge a fortune so I called and Luis made an exception and sent me a prepaid return shipping label by email so that I can pay their discounted rates. I saved a bundle on return charges and these guys made my mistake seem painless. Sent me the correct size before they even received my return!!”

Well the company I purchased from sent the rug and I couldn't believe the free "pad". It was paper thin and was sticking to itself in a folded manner. Since the rug cost me well over $1000, I wanted the proper rug pad. Your representative understood my concern, answered all of my questions and pointed me to the right pad. He even asked me to measure my rug exactly so that you folks can cut the pad to exact size..and he waited on the phone for me to do this! I was impressed and even more impressed when I received an email after your pad arrived asking me if everything was to my satisfaction! I ordered a 10x14 but since the rug is old, it is actually 9.6x13.2. I entered this rug size in the comments box during checkout and the pad arrived two days later cut exactly for the rug! I found three different levels of pads on your site, read about each one and within 15 minutes I determined the best for my rug.
