these people are fantastic! they have "green" products, which is why we chose them in the first place...(as we did not want 'outgassing' toxic materials in the house) and the free shipping really helped as we ordered 6 pads at once...the largest was 8ft. x 11ft. !!! they cut everything exact to 'our' specifications, and each fit perfectly! wow! we're very happy, and will do the rest of the carpets next month!!! by the way, we have Spanish tile thru-out the house and it's very important to have the "old" rugs supported above the grout-lines, as the vacumn-cleaner will wear them down....(I'd give them 10 stars, but can only give them 5!!!!)...

Great rug pad. Works beautifully on marble and adds great cushion to a very thin rug. SO much better than those flimsy rubber pads.

I ordered two of these pads in two different sizes. Both came in the perfect size to fit under my rugs (and they came in pretty snappy time as well). The don't slide around on the floor, the rugs on top stay put and they give a little extra cushion. I'm using them in my daughters' bedroom and they are both vey happy--they've taken to sitting on these rugs while doing their homework. I would definitely order these rugs from this company again. What a great rug pad! I ordered one for a small area rug on a tile floor and it worked so well that I ordered two more for another room with marble floors. That 1/4" of thickness makes all the difference on your feet. I ordered on-line, custom cut, and all three were perfect.
