Very good experience, overall. Excellent product, quick delivery, easy site to get around and figure out what you need. My only suggestion is to put instructions in middle of brochure. It seemed kinda like an ad so when I looked for pad side instructions, didn't see OR attach instructions to pad directly. Thanks, will be shopping there for my pad needs!

I ordered several Ultra Premium rug pads for my Persian carpets about a year ago, and they're the best I've ever had. I'm so thankful. Both our rugs and newly refinished hardwood floors are wonderfully protected. I just bought another pad for a new Persian, and it was cut slightly shorter than I needed. I don't know if the fault was mine or theirs, but no matter. I received slips for packing and reshipping the same day and the new rug pad in two days (I was offered overnight shipping but was in no hurry). Luis couldn't have been nicer or more accommodating. It's always a joy to have a perfectly smooth retail experience, but the character of a company is shown best by how well they deal with problems, whether self-made or customer-based. these people are fantastic! they have "green" products, which is why we chose them in the first place...(as we did not want 'outgassing' toxic materials in the house) and the free shipping really helped as we ordered 6 pads at once...the largest was 8ft. x 11ft. !!! they cut everything exact to 'our' specifications, and each fit perfectly! wow! we're very happy, and will do the rest of the carpets next month!!! by the way, we have Spanish tile thru-out the house and it's very important to have the "old" rugs supported above the grout-lines, as the vacumn-cleaner will wear them down....(I'd give them 10 stars, but can only give them 5!!!!)...

Can I give it 6 stars? The ultra premium is the PERFECT pad for use on wood floors, particular where things tend to shift (i.e. big dogs jumping on a sofa, thereby sliding the rug underneath.) I LOVE this pad. First, it gives a soft springy feel underneath which makes walking on the rug more comfortable, almost like expensive carpet padding. Second, it grips tight to the wood. ZERO slippage, even my smaller runners stay put. Third, because the felted side is porous, the vacuum more easily gets dirt up from underneath the rug. Cleans better all around. Finally, RPC doesn't upcharge for any custom cutting, extra trimming, etc. That's so nice. Add quick shipping and super nice service.

You people provide the most amazing products, at a fair price, with the most impeccable service one could ask for. No more furniture store garbage rug pads which are impossible to lay out and provide zero cushion or grip. What a waste of money! Rug Pad Corner to the rescue... I love the Ultra Premium. So cushiony, it makes the rug feel like wonderfully padded carpeting, while gripping my glossy hardwoods easily. It's great that you can cut for any size and it doesn't add time to the order or incur extra cost. I just recently bought this rug pad as I had borrowed one just like it from my neighbor and I loved it. It was so easy to order and came very quickly. This will be the only place that I get my rug pads from in the future. Wendy

Loved the email updates letting me know the status of my order. Arrived quickly and was exactly as stated. Made in the USA was a definite plus. Also the fact that it is made of natural materials. Haven't had it long enough to comment on how well it will wear but other positive reviews makes me feel confidant that won't be a problem. Will order again when the need arises.

I've bought two of these rug pads (in addition to others from RPC), and they are superior in construction and materials to any others on the market (and I've bought many rug pads over the years, including ones recommended by high-end oriental rug shops). The fact that this rug pad is clean and green is equally important, since my husband has asthma. Hands-down, these are the best. Don't hesitate.
