I have used the ultra premium pad under my area rug for about 2 years. I love the pad; it is very comfortable to walk and sit on, and there is no movement at all. Also the service is excellent. I have since ordered two more pads.

After a thorough research I ordered a Ultra Premium Felt and Rubber Rug Pad last year. I was delighted to speak to a helpful representative by phone to answer my final questions. It took me longer to research this purchase than it did for the shipment to arrive. I was so happy with its effectiveness that this year I ordered another without any hesitation.

Great rug pads (actually ordered 2, one large and one smaller). Came exactly cut to my custom size rug measurements (minus one inch all around so it doesn't peek out from under rug). Order shipped very quickly and rolled very compactly. Laid down very neat and flat. Beautiful fit and feels great underfoot. Highly recommended. Will order more soon.

For years I have used other rug pads - they never worked, stuck to the floor, dried out, left a mess. Besides being of poor quality, I had to cut them to fit. "I couldn't believe how fast I received my 2 rug pads. I ordered late afternoon and received them 2 days later. They are wonderful pads. I got the Ultra Premium Felt and Rubber for a large 9' x12' rug and a Super Hold Non Slip Natural Rubber pad for a 2' x 12' runner. I spoke to customer service to see what they recommended. I had been going to order 2 of the Ultra Premium Pads, which are more expensive. They told me the Non Slip one would be better for my runner. They saved me some money and ended up with a super satisfied customer. The pads are wonderful. I would highly recommend this company.

Received the ultra Premium Felt and Rubber Pad for Hard Floors today. It is excellent. Well cut to my specifications. I have an Aubusson Needlepoint rug, approx 8.5x12 and the pad from a big box store was totally unsatisfactory on my new laminate flooring. Wrinkled constantly and difficult to vacuum. Your product is outstanding and your telephone assistance great after I had ordered and had a question re the cutting size. And better yet, made in the USA!

So glad we found your website. We looked all over Tucson for a felted rug pad to go under an antique "Oriental" rug, 9'x12'. We wanted something that would have minimal off-gas (love that you don't use adhesives for the rubber backing!) and that would protect our rug from wear on our tile floor. The rug we received in one week's time was cut perfectly to size, hardly smelled at all and is exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much!

My son sits and rocks in his rocking chair for hours. The noise transferring downstairs can be very annoying. I ordered the padding to put under the oriental rug. The pad was of good quality and helped dim the transfer of noise. I would recommend this product for purchase.
