Good morning. I have never dealt with such a more professional, friendly, great product company! I struggled for 2- months with a beautiful 5x8 Belgium Silk rug laid on top of wall to wall Berber. It was like the rug had a life of it's own the way it would "bunch up"... even with no one walking on it! Also have a very heavy rocking chair on it. I was literally OCD'ing straightening out the rug every five minutes! I came across your website "by accident" and truthfully was a bit skeptical about your claims.... I called on the phone to place my order, and am upset with myself for not writing down my customer service person's name. Maybe you can look it up using my order number 41720, and give that woman a raise! She waited patiently while I took a true measurement of the rug, as I had given her the dimensions from the tag. She was super nice and very helpful. Sure enough the dimensions were "off" and she figured out the exact custom size that would work best. I received my No-Muv pad in five business days, Kudo's here for your manufacturing and shipping staff also! It fit under the rug perfectly, and it no longer "bunches"... even with the furniture on top. I can't say enough good things about your product, and company/customer service. The woman I dealt with was in Connecticut but I didn't realize at the time your company is located there.. I am from Connecticut so we chatted a bit about that. My only complaint is that you should be "out there" more in your advertising! I only found your company after googling about the bunching problem, and read an article in some magazine written by a decorator...not affiliated with you. Let me know if you need a "sales person", lol... Your product should be right next to every rug sold, and carpet sales people should be recommending it with every purchase! Thank you, Karen K

I just received the pad yesterday so it is still trying to flatten & settle under the rug, but has already noticeably reduced the bunching and sliding of the rug it was purchased for. I was surprised at the price seeming a little high, but only because I was using under a child's play rug. It sits atop carpeting and bunched and moved every time you walked on it. The pad was much thicker and heavier material than I expected when received. It also keeps the rug nice and cushioned but flat so that the little ones can roll their heavy trucks and wagons along the "roads" printed on the play rug without the rug collapsing or moving across the carpet. So far, very satisfied with the purchase. Shipping was understandable around the holidays and pad had to be cut to size so no complaints on the 7-10 days receipt time after order date. I would definitely recommend this company and website to anyone looking for a similar product!

This pad was delivered quickly, the directions inside for installation were easy to follow and my new rug looks great! The rug pad is a good thickness and since I have had it my rug has not crinkled even a little bit! It is great!

I am so happy with my experience--online ordering was easy, delivery was quick (received on 3rd day). My life is much easier. No longer does my area rug buckle up; however, because my area rug & new pad sit on top of berber-style carpet, they do slide together & an occasional tug of the No-Muv Carpet Pad to put them back in position is all that is needed. I purchased this for my daughter's home for her dining room rug which "walks". It is custon cut for the rug and the solution to the "walking" rug. I ordered on the 9th and received it on the 12th, so the service is above par. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks about rug pads.

This was the perfect solution to the constant buckling of my area rug. Definitely pleased with purchase and the customer support. I inadvertently entered the order twice and it was immediately cancelled after notification of the error. I also like how the pads are custom cut to your exact measurements at no additional charge. Just a few words of feedback. I bought a pad for a 5x8 rug on top of carpet, probably in early-mid December, and I am absolutely thrilled with it. It really works – no other pad I’ve ever had for any area rug on carpet has worked, and this one does. The rug didn’t lie flat (wavy), and, after putting the pad under it, it immediately flattened out. Shortly after getting this one, I ordered another type of pad from you for a runner that is on a wood floor in our entry hall, and it is an excellent product as well. I purchased a rug for my babies nursery to cover up the brown carpet. I purchased 2 other rug pads from Home Depot that were a little cheaper but were terrible! This rug pad is amazing!! No bumps, lumps, or wrinkles. I will be getting all my rug pads from this website going forward.

I NEVER EVER WRITE REVIEWS BUT THIS IS WORTH WRITING ABOUT THE RUG THAT I GOT THIS PAD FOR HAS A COFFEE TABLE SETTING ON IT AND THE RUG WOULD WRINKLE UP WITHOUT ANYONE EVEN WALKING ON IT. I CAN'T BELIEVE THAT IT STAYS PERFECT NOW. THE PAD IS PRICEY BUT WAS WORTH EVERY PENNY!

This rug pad now keeps my rug completely flat under our coffee table. Great product!
