I bought my first pad for a rug that has presented lots of challenge. It was woven on a loom many years ago and is not a standard size. I am so happy with the quality of the pad and I have ordered three more and will eventually place another order. The company sells quality products and has good customer service. In addition, this company clearly has community involvement, something that is heartening to see in a business.

I just had to let you know that I LOVE MY NATURAL RUBBER NON-SLIP RUG PAD!....I am not one to get excited about these kind of things, but I have had such a problem with my rug slipping around, and I have tried so many rug pads.... It was unbelievable when I received your rug pad - I could tell right away that it was different - and I put it down....boy, that rug is going NOWHERE! . It is planted in place. Hallelujah! "Good product. A little bit of rug slipping off the pad in high traffic areas, but the pads all stay put. Have used these pads under rugs as large as 5 x 7 feet and they are mostly stable. My floors are mostly wood but one is a plastic-y tile and that one seems a bit more slippery. Also, these pads do not have any kind of chemical odor. Good company--fast shipping."

I needed several rug pads and the company offered a broad inventory, helpful information and had oval pads, four of which I needed. I placed the order online. I have never dealt with a company that communicated so well, from the order confirmation, to updates as the pads were processed and cut to the speedy shipping. We WAX our floors; we don't use polyurethane so the surface is super slippery (so much so that I slipped on a rug recently and broke my arm). When I called Rug Pad Corner to get a recommendation, I was first impressed that a live person answered the phone, and that second, I was talking to someone who sounded like the owner (not some order taker who didn't know much). He was in fact cautious about what pad would work on my floors which reassured me that he was trying to just sell "something." We ordered the green latex pads, and THEY REALLY GRIP. There is no budging our small to medium size rugs anymore. These pads are awesome. The day I placed my order, I also rec'd emails giving me status updates so I knew exactly where my pads were along the way. Very very impressed by the service. Will most certainly order again --- both this product and from this company!
