I ordered a pad for a hand woven wool runner of 3' by 10'. The instructions were easy to follow in ordering the product. The shipping was prompt. And, most of all, the pad fit the runner perfectly. The only problem that I had was in figuring out how to create a review. I am 85 years old. Therefore, I am not partially adapted to the Internet-way of organizing information. Our runner is a non-standard size, so it was good to find a high quality affordable pad that fits it exactly. We had it cut to the correct width which delayed shipping a few days, but the service was still reasonably prompt and achieved our objective.The quality of the pad seems excellent; it will protect our oriental rug while preventing slipping.

I ordered 3 custom cut runners for use under sisal runners I had purchased from Pottery Barn. I am totally satisfied with my new rug pads. The ordering process was quick and easy. This company lets you know exactly when your order is being processed and exactly when the pads are on their way to you. I love the gentle cushion these give my rugs and although the pads are not necessarily designed to do so, they have held these runners in place (no slipping) very well.
