Good delivery service and neat cut. I am pleased with the feel and holding ability of this rug - should have put good pads down years ago ! I cannot comment on durability at this time as still only been down a couple of weeks.

Just a few words of feedback. I bought a pad for a 5x8 rug on top of carpet, probably in early-mid December, and I am absolutely thrilled with it. It really works – no other pad I’ve ever had for any area rug on carpet has worked, and this one does. The rug didn’t lie flat (wavy), and, after putting the pad under it, it immediately flattened out. Shortly after getting this one, I ordered another type of pad from you for a runner that is on a wood floor in our entry hall, and it is an excellent product as well. I was tired of straightening out our hallway runner and found this pad. I wanted a little cushion under foot and a pad to really keep the rug from moving. Heard about this pad, ordered it and it arrived two days later. Let me say it is awesome! Thank you!!
