How Ultra Premium Compares to Others
The differences are clear:
- Ultra Premium contains recycled felt and natural rubber
- Ultra Premium contains a unique texture on the front and back
- Ultra Premium does not contain any glue or adhesive

Ultra Premium Felt and Rubber Rug Pad
A close look at the picture to the left will show a textured recycled felt surface. The texture is important to hold the rug to the top of the rug pad, preventing on creeping of the rug. Look at the unique texture in the lower surface rubber. The large rubber pattern allows maximum gripping strength to any hard floor surface, preventing any slipping.
Unlike other felt rug pads, Ultra Premium contains a natural rubber that is HEAT PRESSED to the felt. Many others contain glue or adhesive that can eventually allow the rubber to break down and possibly stick to the floor. Since there is no glue or adhesive in ours, Ultra Premium does not have an adhesive smell and does not out-gas.

Other Felt Rug Pad Available at Stores
There is a felt rug pad available at other stores that is called by different names, depending on the store. A close look at this rug pad to the left will show very little texture on the surface and a very small texture on the lower surface. The bigger the taxture within the rubber, the better the rug pad will hold to the floor. The more textured the felt surface, the better the rug pad will grab the rug and prevent creeping. Ultra Premium's disntinct texture on the front, and back, of the rug pad, allows it to hold the rug and all to the floor as best as a non-slip rug pad should.
