The Surface
Needle punched recycled felt jute is densely compressed with a distinct texture to grab and hold your rug, minimizing any movement of the rug on the rug pad. The density helps in protecting the back of your rug from premature wear as well as resisting furniture penetrating through to the floor and causing possible indentations.
The Backing
A solid layer of real rubber is heat pressed to the felt jute to create stability and longevity. Unlike others, our rubber is not glued on. Because ours is a solid rubber permanently attached to the felt jute, it will not break down and harm floors like rug pads with a sprayed on latex or "rubber like" material. The rubber consists of a unique pattern which allows more rubber to grip to more floor, hence providing the ultimate in a non slip rug pad.

Unmatched Performance
Ultra Premium performs as well on carpet as it does on hard floor surfaces. Use it with the rubber side up on carpet and keep your rugs flat, wrinkle free and prevent premature wear (for rugs on carpet with furniture on them use No-Muv rug pad instead). Use it rubber side down on hard floors and Ultra Premium will keep your rugs still, prolong their life and prevent scratches and indentations to your floors.

these people are fantastic! they have "green" products, which is why we chose them in the first place...(as we did not want 'outgassing' toxic materials in the house) and the free shipping really helped as we ordered 6 pads at once...the largest was 8ft. x 11ft. !!! they cut everything exact to 'our' specifications, and each fit perfectly! wow! we're very happy, and will do the rest of the carpets next month!!! by the way, we have Spanish tile thru-out the house and it's very important to have the "old" rugs supported above the grout-lines, as the vacumn-cleaner will wear them down....(I'd give them 10 stars, but can only give them 5!!!!)...

I received the rug pads in just two days,I placed the Order Saturday night and I received them here in my town in Maine Wednesday morning by UPS, That is and incredible service and fast shipping, Congratulations guys! and the most important, I checked the quality of the these pads and I am very happy with them. This rug pad solved all my problems, my rug felt too thin and coarse under my feet, as well and sliding all over the place! I tried several pads I bought locally but they didnt work, This ultra premium gave my rug a nice comfort feel to it without making it too thick and it stopped it from sliding! Will buy more ultra premium pads again!
