All of our Rug Pads Proudly Contribute to LEED
|
What is LEED? In the United States and in a number of other countries around the world, LEED certification is the recognized standard for measuring building sustainability. Achieving LEED certification is the best way for you to demonstrate that your building project is truly "green."
The LEED green building rating system -- developed and administered by the U.S. Green Building Council, a Washington D.C.-based, nonprofit coalition of building industry leaders, is designed to promote design and construction practices that increase profitability while reducing the negative environmental impacts of buildings and improving occupant health and well-being.
Superior, No-Muv, Super Hold and Ultra Premium Rug Pads Contribute to LEED:
Superior rug pad is made from 100% recycled content and is also recyclable. You can rest assured in the fact that Superior rug pad does not contain any chemicals, latex, glues or adhesives and is safe to use in any environment, while being safe to any environment.
If it is a non slip rug pad that your rug needs, the surface of our Ultra Premium rug pad contains 100% recycled content as well with a natural rubber lower surface. The upper surface is recycled and the lower surface is natural rubber. Our natural rubber lower surface is NOT treated with any adhesives or chemicals.
For a thinner non-slip rug pad where thickness can be an issue, our Super Hold is a 1/8 of an inch thick 100% natural rubber rug pad. This rug pad is not treated with any chemicals or adhesives and contributes to a natural environment.
For rugs on carpet, No-Muv is the choice and you can rest assured that while No-Muv works at keeping your rug flat on carpet, it is also safe for the home. No-Muv is made of recycled felt without any chemicals or odor.
